What Will You and Your Friends Say at Your Websites Funeral What will you say at your website's eulogy? As the tears of failure flow, will you say with that lump in your throat that your website meant everything to you financially? That your website was cut down in it's prime. Or how about that it was well respected in the community? And that it will be remembered for generations to come? Are you sure about that last statement? Sadly, most websites will never see their full accomplishments nor will their next of kin... you, the owner. Just like with one's own dreams, the decisions you make today may never give you a second chance. The moral of this story is... If you're not ready to decide what's on your website's tombstone, then you need to take drastic steps and change how you've been trying to get traffic. So, the first way to breathe new life into your website is to actually do a little work and make your website's content the very best it can be. Articles... Articles... Articles One way to do this is to include articles. Articles, editorials, and reviews are some of the best ways of adding real content that your readers and the search engines will love. Think of it this way: When a person actually takes their time and visits your site, you should be rolling out the proverbial red carpet for them just like in Hollywood. Give them what they want. Just forget about the money for a moment. By giving them what they want, you will get what you want. And that's the way it happens. One of the main problems that permeates on the internet today is that most of us have become selfish. We want instant gratification. We want the money now. We tend to forget what the reader wants or needs. They are in most instances looking for information to solve some type of problem or maybe even to help them market their website better. Now that's an idea. Are They Having the Same Problem You Are Having? Believe it or not, they are probably in the same shoes you are in right now. Most People have No Idea What It Takes to Drive Massive Amounts of Traffic to Their Website Much Less What to Do with It When It Arrives. All of us at some point stopped banging our heads against the wall and decided to learn how to drive real traffic to our websites. In other words, stop wasting your time. Please stop wasting other people's time. Resurrect your website by bringing new ideas and content in the niche your marketing in. Yes, you can also put adsense or affiliate offers on there but remember to do so sparingly. You will make much more on the back end. What in the World are Snippets? When you start adding content to your website, I would start by putting small "snippets" of an article or editorial on your web page. Not the whole article. Just two or three lines to build curiosity. Don't forget to include your live link at the end of the snippet. This will take your reader to your article web page where they can finish reading the entire article. When finished, sit back and look at your updated website. You will feed good about your website because you've given something of value to your reader and in the long run, you will have more pages for the search engines to rank. Finally, no matter how good your website looks today, nothing lasts forever. You will need to keep updating your website as often as possible. But if you actually follow these tips, you will be taking good care of your website and your internet business will continue to be healthy monetarily never having to die a premature internet death.
